Dear UACT Member and season ticket holder,

Due to unforeseen difficulties, the UACT board of directors has decided to pull “The Kids Left. The Dog Died. Now What?” from the 2011-2012 season. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or email us to let us know what you think.

We are pleased to announce that “Songs For A New World” will be taking it’s place for a 3 week run opening January 19 thru February 5. This 4 person show is an abstract musical, a series of songs all connected by theme rather than narrative. The music of “Songs for a New World” is heavily influenced by a broad range of musical genres, including pop, gospel, jazz and classical music. Written by Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown and Directed by Stiles Gunn.

If you have season tickets, we ask that you use your ticket from “The Kids Left. The Dog Died. Now What?” for entry into “Songs For A New World.” As many of you might have experience during the last show, your season tickets are not guaranteed until redeemed at one of the outlets or the UACT Box Office. It is recommended that you call ahead of time to reserve or exchange your season tickets because, depending on the demand, tickets could go fast.

Once again, we are sorry for any inconveniences these changes might have caused.

Sincerely,

Melody Schwegel

Executive Director
